RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT OF
ASSESSMENTS RELATING TO CONSOLIDATED
WATER IMPROVEMENTS 67-1 AND 67-2
.
WHEREAS, the assessment rol I for Consolidated Water
Improvements 67-1 and 67-2 as last finally adopted on September
24, 1968, was filed and certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey
County on November 7, 1968, for the purpose of Including Install-
ments thereof to be collected along with real estate taxes commencing
In 1969; an d
WHEREAS, since that date a number of parcels of property
cont.lned wit~ln said assessment roll have been divided and conveyed
by previous property owners; and
WHEREAS, the County Auditor of Ramsey County requires
that apportionment of the original assessment against each original
tract ~here It has later been divided, sold or conveyed, be made
by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills In order that the
proper assessment can be extended by the County Auditor against each
parcel of property thereafter, commencing with an assessment to be
collected I~ the year 1969 and thereafter.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Arden
HI I Is does hereby make the following apportionment of original
assessments as contained In said assessment rol I of September 24,
1968, against the following described property:
