RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT OF
ASSESSMENTS RELATING TO CONSOLIDATED
WATER IMPROVEMENTS NUMBERED W77-5 AND
W78-2
.
WHEREAS, the assessment rol I for Consolidated Water
Improvements numbered W77-5 and W78-2 as adopted on August 21,
1979, was fl led and certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey
County on Octobe r 9, 1979; and
WHEREAS, since that date a number of parcels of property
contained within said assessment roll have been divided and con-
veyed by previous property owners; and
WHEREAS, the County Auditor of Ramsey County requires
that apportionment of the original assessment against each origi-
nal tract where It has later been divided, sold or conveyed~ be
made by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, in order that
the proper assessment can be extended by the County Auditor against
each parcel of property thereafter, commencing with an assessment
to be collected In the year 1980 and.thereafter,
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Arden
Hi lis does hereby make the following apportionment of original
assessments as contained In said assessment roll of August 21,
1979, against the followln g described properties:
