WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Consolidated Sewer Improvements numbered 12 and 13 as adopted on September 27, 1970, was fl led and certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey County on October 28, 1970, for the purpose of Including Install- ments thereof to be collected along with real estate taxes com- mencing In 1971; and WHEREAS, since that date a number of parcels of property contained within said assessment rol I have been divided and con- veyed by previous property owners; and WHEREAS, the County Auditor of Ramsey County requires that apportionment of the original assessment against each arlglnel . tract where It has later been divided, sold or conveyed, be made by the City Councl I of the City of Arden Hills, In order that the prop~r assessment can be extended by the County Auditor against each parcel of property thereafter, commencing with an assessment to be collected In the yeer 1971 and thereafter.
