CITY OF ARDEN HILLS
RESOLUTION NO, 86-35
RESOLUTION COMMENDING FRED SPENCER
WHEREAS, Fred Spencer has served the Ramsey County Sheriff's
~ Department and all the people of Ramsey County for twenty-six years,
and
WHEREAS, he has specifically served the citizens of Arden
Hills for eight and one-half years through the Sheriff's Patrol
Division, and
WHEREAS, he has, through the years, day and night,
unstintingly given his time to Arden Hills and other communities, and
WHEREAS, Arden Hills and its residents have personally
benefited from his community concern for their safety,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council, on
behalf of the people of Arden Hills, extends sincere thanks to Fred
for his contribution to the community's well-being.
Adopted by the Arden Hills City Council this 14th day of
July, 1986.
