RESOLUTION NO. 86-34
RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 80-13,
CHANGING WATER UTILITY STANDBY/FIRELINE CHARGES
... WHEREAS, the Council has determined that an additional water
tower is needed to provide adequate storage for fire protection and
peak water usage, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended that the
standby/fireline charges be increased to help fund an additional
water tower, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee further recommended that
~nstead of a separate charge for standby and for fireline based on
respective pipe sizes, there should be one. charge based on the size
of pipe(s) coming into the building,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that, effective 7/1/86, the
following charges are hereby established:

Charge
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the standby charge shall be
based on the size of the pipe(s) coming into the building.
Passed by the Arden Hills City Council this 30th day of
June, 1986.
