RESOLUTION NO. 86-32
CHANGING POLLING PLACE FOR PRECINCT NO. 1
Whereas, Federal and State regulations require that all
polling places meet certain standards, including access for the
handicapped, and
Whereas the Independent Order of Odd Fellows Lodge No. 2 at
1174 Edgewater Avenue does not meet these standards, and
Whereas, State regulations permit locating the polling place
outside of precinct boundaries,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Presbyterian Church of
the Way, 3382 North Lexington Avenue, Shoreview, MN 55126 is
designated as the polling place for Arden Hills Precinct No.1.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all currently registered voters
in Precinct No. 1 be notified by mail of the change in polling place.
Approved by the Arden Hills Council this 30th day of
June, 1986.
