Resolution No. 86-28
RESOLUTION RESTRICTING PARKING ON HAMLINE
AVENUE FROM FLORAL DRIVE TO S. T. H. 96
.
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting
of the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, MN was duly
called and held In the City Chambers In said City on the
9th day of June, 1986,
WHEREAS, the City has planned the Improvement of
MSAS 102 Hamllne from Floral Drive to S.T.H.96, and
WHEREAS, the CIty will be expending Municipal
State Aid Funds on the Improvement of this street, and
WHEREAS, this Improvement does not provide adequate
width for parking on the street, and approval of the proposed
construction as a Municipal State Aid Street project must
therefore be conditioned upon certain parking restrictions,
and
WHEREAS, the extent of these restrictions that would
be a necessary prerequisite to the approval of this construc-
tion as a Municipal State Aid project In the City has been
determined,
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that the City
bans the parking of motor vehicles on both sides of MSAS 102
Hamllne Avertue from Floral Drive to S.T.H, 96.

9th day of June, 1986.
