RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT OF
ASSESSMENTS RELATING TO IMPROVEMENT NOS.
ST-81-2. WATER IMPR. 67-1 AND SS-83-2
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Arden
Hills passed Resolution Nos. 86-10, 86-1 I and 86-12 apportion-
Ing aSsessments relating to Improvement Nos. ST-81-2, Water
4r, Impr. 67-1 and SS-83-2 by reason of Division No. 59778; and
WHEREAS, the subsequent recording of Registered Land
Survey 413 does not affect these apportionments.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Arden
