RESOLUTION NO. 86-19

COMMENDING DAVE KOCH FOR HIS CONTRIBUTIONS
TO THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS
WHEREAS, Dave Koch has served over twenty-one (21)
years as a fire fighter with the Lake Johanna Volunteer Fire
Department, and
WHEREAS, He served ten (10) of those years as that
department's Fire Chief, guiding the department's growth and
services for the cities of Arden Hills, Shoreview and North
Oaks;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT the City
Council presents Dave Koch with this Certificate of Appreciation
for time and services provided to the city as a fire fighter
and as Fire Chief of the Lake Johanna Volunteer Fire
Department.
