<br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br />Resolution No. 86-11 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT OF <br />ASSESSMENTS RELATING TO CONSOLIDATED <br />WATER IMPROVEMENTS 67-1 AND 67-2 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Consolidated Water <br />Improvements 67-1 an~ ~7-2 as last finally adopted on September <br />24, 1968. was filed. j certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey <br />County on November 7, 1968, for the purpose of including Install- <br />ments thereof to be collected along with real estate taxes commencing <br />In 1969; an d <br /> <br />WHEREAS. since that date a number of parcels of property <br />contained within said assessment roll have been divided and conveyed <br />previous property owners; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the County Auditor of Ramsey County requires <br />that apportionment of the original assessment against each original <br />tract where It has later been divided. sold or conveyed, be made <br />by the City Council of the City of Arden HI I Is In order that the <br />proper assessment can be extended by the County Auditor against <br />each parcel of property thereafter, commencing with an assessment <br />to be collected In the year 1969 and thereafter. <br /> <br />NOW.
