CITY OF ARDEN HILLS
RESOLUT ION JfrJ cf't - t
BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Arden Hills enter
into Agreement No. 63190 with the State of Minnesota,
Department of Transportation for the following purposes, to-wit:
to provide for payment by the City to the State of the City's
share of the costs of the roadway widening, sanitary sewer
facilities and watermain facilities construction to be performed
upon and along Hamline Avenue at its intersection with Trunk
Highway No. 694 within the corporate city limiits under State
Project NO. 6285-96 (T.H. 694=393)
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the proper City Officers are hereby,
authorized and directed to execute such agreement.
