RESOLUTION NO. 86-]

APPROVING CLASSIFICATION OF PARCELS OF
TAX FORFEITED LAND AS NON-CONSERVATION
LANDS AND AUTHORIZING THE SALE THEREOF
WHEREAS, The Board of County Commissioners of
Ramsey County by resolution dated December 23, 1985,
classified as non-conservation land, certain land lying
within the limits of the City of Arden Hills, and
WHEREAS, A certified copy of the classification
resolution together with a list of the land classified
has been submitted for approval of the classification and
sale of the land classified in accordance with MSA,
Section 282.01, sub.l;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the
classification of Parcel Nos. 28-30-23-31,.0035 and
28-30-23-42-0006 shown on said list as non-conservation
land and the sale thereof be and hereby is approved; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the Clerk Administrator
be and hereby is authorized to file a certified copy of
this resolution in the Office of the Land Commissioner.

day of February, 1986.
