RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING SEWER AVAILABILITY
CHARGE (SAC) AND ABOLISHING RESOLUTION NO.
81-28
WHEREAS, OrdInance No. 217 provIdes that faes be
establIshed by resolution from time to time adoptad by
the CIty Council, and
WHEREAS, tha Metropolitan Waste Control Commission,
by ResolutIon Numbar 85-382, has acted to Incraase the
SAC rata for communities that have Interceptors, from
$425.00 to $475,00, effectIve January I, 1986.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that a sewar aval la-
bility unit charge of $475.00 Is hereby astablJshed.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, th.at tha above fee shall
be effective January I, 1986.
