RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING FEES AND LIABILITY
INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS, ABOLISHING RESOLU-
TION NO. 83-55 AND AMENDING RESOLUTION NOS.
16-1,80-61,80-63,81-6,8.1-12,81-25,
81-83 AND 82-61
WHEREAS, SectIon 13-24 of tha Arden HIlls Code
provides that parmlt/llcense fees be astabllshed from tIme
to time by resolutIon adopted by the CIty CouncIl, and
WHEREAS, the Flnanca Committee, after careful
study, has recommended changas In tha present faeschedule,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the follow-
Ing feas and liabIlity Insurance requirements are hereby
