RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT OF
ASSESSMENTS RELATING TO SANITARY SEWER
No. 15

WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Sanitary Sewer
Improvement No. 15 as adopted September 28,1910, was filed
and certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey County on Novem-
ber 6. 11170, for the purpose of Including Installments there-
of to. be collected along with real estata taxes commencing
In 197 I; an d
WHEREAS, since November 6, 1910, a number of parcels
of property contained within said assessment roll have been
divided and conveyed by a previous proparty owner; and
WHEREAS, the County Auditor of Ramsey County re-
qu I res that apport I onment of the or I g I na I assessment aga I nst
each original tract where It has later been divided, sold or
conveyed, be made by the City Council of the City of Arden
Hills, In order that the proper assessment can be extended
by the County Auditor against each parcal of property there-
a f te r.
WHEREAS, Division No. 59535 corrects the legal
description of Parcel 25-02100-070-53 and does not Involve
apportionment of assessments.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of
Arden Hills does herabymake the fol lowing apportionment of
original assessments as contained In said assessment roll of
November 6, 1910, against the newly described p.roperty as
