RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT OF
ASSESSMENTS RELATING TO CONSOLIDATED
WATER IMPROVEMENTS NOS, 68-2 AND 68-3
.
WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Consolidated
Water Improvements Nos. 68-2 and 68-3 as lIdopted September 28,
1970, was filed and certified to the County Auditor of Ram.ey
County on October 28. 1970, tor the purpose of Including Install-
ment. thereof to ba collected along with real estllte taxes com-
mencing In 1971; and
WHEREAS, II hellrlng on supplementlll lIssessments lInd
rellssessments In respect to Consolldlltad WlIter Improvement Nos.
68-2 and 68-3 was held on November 9, 1970, and on November 10,
1970, lIssessment. for Consolidated WlItar Improve..ent Nos. 68-2
lInd 68-3 were lImended liS provIded by said resolution of said
dllte, to be certifIed and fIled In the office of the County
Auditor of Ramsey County on Decamber 10, 1970; and
WHEREAS, since November 10, 1970, a numbar of parcels of
property contained within said asse.sment rol I liS amended have
been divided and conveyed by a previous property owner; and
WHEREAS, the County Auditor require. that apportionment
of the original assessment against each original tract where
It has later been divided, sold or conveyed, be made by the
City Councl I of the City of Arden Hills, In order thlltthe proper
assessment can be extended by the County Auditor against each
parcel of property thereafter. commencing with an assessment to
be collected In the year 1971 and thereatter. and
WHEREAS, Division No. 59535 corrects the legal des-
crlptlon~ot Parcel 25-02100-070-53 and does not Involve agpor-
tlonment of lIssessments.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Arden
Hills doe. hereby make the following apportionment of original
lIssessments as contained In said assessment roll of September 28,
1970 lInd as lImended as of Novembar 10, 1970, lIglllnst the newly
