RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT OF
ASSESSMENTS RELATING TO IMPROVEMENT

WHEREAS, the assessment rol I for Improvement
W-P-SS-76-1, as adopted on August 28, 1978, was filed and
certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey County on October 10,
1978, for the purpose of Including Installments thereof to be
collected along with real estate taxes commencing In 1979, and
WHEREAS, since August 28, 1978 a number of parcels
of property contained within said assessment roll have been
divided and conveyed by a previous property owner; and
WHEREAS, the County Auditor of Remsey County requires
that apportionment of the original assessment against each original
tract where It has later been divided, sold or conveyed, be made
by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, In order that the
proper assessment can be extended by the County Auditor against
each parcel of property thereafter, and
WHEREAS, the lot lines of lots 1,2 and 3, block I,
Karth Lake HII Is were slightly adjusted to accommodate a house
that was wrongly positioned on lot 3, and
WHEREAS, the City has approved the adjusted lot lines,
and has letters on file requesting that the original assessments
not be reapportioned as the result of the lot line adjustments.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council does hereby make
the following apportionment of the original essessments as contained
In said assessment roll of August 28, 1978, against the following
described properties;
