RESOLUTION NO. 85-49
RESOLUTION APPROVING SUMS OF MONEY TO BE LEVIED FOR LEVY YEAR 1985
PAYABLE IN 1986, AND AMENDING THE LEVY ON 1972
IMPROVEMENT BONDS SERIES 2 AND 1977
GENERAL OBLIGATION REFUNDING BONDS
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Arden
Hills, County of Ramsey, that the following sums of money
be levied for levy year 1985, payable in 1986, upon taxable
property in said City of Arden Hills, for the following purposes:
General Fund
Shade Tree Disease Control
Sewer Utility

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the tax levy for 1985,
payable in 1986, for Improvement Bonds be reduced as follows:
1972 Improvement Bonds Series 2
from $40,100 to 0
1977 General Obligation Refunding Bonds
from $14,400 to 0
due to the fact that the bonds have been defeased and there
are sufficient funds to pay 1986 bond installments and the
funds have been irrevocably appropriated.
Passed and approved by the Arden Hills City Council
this 30th day of September, 1985.
