RESOLUTION NO. 85-30
RESOLUTION RESTRICTING PARKING ON HAMLINE AVENUE
FROM EIDE CIRCLE TO WYNCREST COURT
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Arden Hills, MN was duly called and
held in the City Chambers in said City on the 12th of August,
1985.
~ WHEREAS, the City has planned the improvement of
MSAS102 Hamline from Eide Circle to Wyncrest Court, and
WHEREAS, the City will be expending Municipal State
Aid Funds on the improvement of this street, and
WHEREAS, this improvement does not provide adequate
width for parking on the street, and approval of the proposed
construction as a Municipal State Aid Street project must
therefore be conditioned upon certain parking restrictions, and
WHEREAS, the extent of these restrictions that would
be a necessary prerequisite to the approval of this construction
as a Municipal State Aid project in the City has been determined,
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that the City
bans the parking of motor vehicles on both sides of MSAS 102
Hamline Avenue from Eide Circle to Wyncrest Court at all
times until said road is widened to meet MSAS requirements.

12th day of August, 1985.
