Resolution No. 85-25
RESOLUTION CONGRATULATING JOHN URAM
FOR ATTAINING THE RANK OF EAGLE SCOUT
.
WHEREAS, the rank of Eagle Scout is the highest
rank in scouting, and
WHEREAS, attaining this rank requires earning
21 merit badges and successfully completing a service project,
and
WHEREAS, John Uram planned, organized, and carried
out the building and placing of ten wood duck houses in the
Arden Hills open spaces, and
WHEREAS, John Uram has attained the rank of Eagle
Scout, and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Arden Hills is
proud of this achievement and desires to recognize and honor
John Uram;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Arden Hills
Council commends and congratulates John Uram for attaining
the high rank of Eagle Scout.
Passed by the Arden Hills City Council this 24th
day of June, 1985.
