APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY LAYOUT FOR THE IM-
PROVEMENT OF-HIGHWAY 694 FROM THE WEST BOUND
EXIT RAMP AT HAMLINE AVENUE TO FLORAL DRIVE

At e meeting of the City Councl I of the City of
Arden Hills, held on the 13th day of Mey, 1985, the following
Resolution was offered by Councl Imember Hicks, seconded by
Councllmember Hansen, to-wit:
WHEREAS, the Commissioner of the Department of
Transportation has prepared a preliminary' layout for the Improve-
ment of a part of Trunk Highway Number 393 renumbered as Trunk
Highway No. 694 within the corporate limits of the City of
Arden Hills, from west bound exit ramp at Hamllne Avanue to
Floral Drive; and seeks the approval thereof, end
WHEREAS, saId prelimInary layouts are on file In the
office of the Department of Trensportatlon, Saint Paul, Minnesota,
being marked, labeled, and Id.ntl~led as Layout No. I S.P..
6285-96 (694-393) from west bound'exlt ramps et Hamllne Avenue
to Floral Drive.
NOW, THEN, BE IT RESOLVED that said preliminary
leyouts for the Improvement of said Trunk Highway with the
corporate limits be and hereby ere epproved.
Upon the call of the roll the followIng Councllmembers
voted In favor of the Resolution: Woodburn, Hicks, Hansen,
Sather, Peck.
The following Councllmembers voted agaInst Its
adopt Ion; None,

whereupon the Mayor declared the Resolution adopted.
