WATER UTILITY. TO ADD WATER METER VALVE

WHEREAS. the City of Arden Hills has

WHEREAS. the problem can be avoided by the use
of a better quality water meter valve. and
WHEREAS. Ordinance No. 217 provides that fees
shall be established by resolution from time to time adopted
by the City Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the security
deposit for a water meter shall include the cost of the
water meter valves. The deposit for the water meter valves
shall be in the amount of one hundred twenty (120) percent
of the actual cost of such valves rounded to the nearest
five dollars ($5.00).
