Resolution No. 85-6
RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING FEES
FOR ANIMAL CONTROL
.
WHEREAS, the City Code of Ordlnences of Arden Hills,
Section 5-59, provIdes that Impoundment fees ere to be estab-
lished by Resolution, and
WHEREAS, the Animal Pound Agreement between the City
of Arden Hills and Brighton Veterinary Hospital establIshes
'additIonal charges for anlmel control,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED thet the following
charges are hereby established:
I. $10.00 per animal for pick up.
2. $ 4.00 per dey for boarding dogs.
3. $ 3.00 per day for boarding cats.
4. $ 5.00 per day for Isolating dogs.
5. $ 3.50 per day for Isolating cats.
6. $14.00 per animal weighing up to 39 Ibs,
delIvered by the City, to be destroyed
In a proper and humane manner.
7. $17.00 per animal weighing 40 Ibs. or
more delivered by the City to be destroyed
In a proper and humane menner.
6. $11.00 per animal to dispose of dead anImals
delivered by the City.
9. Owner of claImed animals will pay 100~ of
medical charges.
10. $75.00 per month for administration fee.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that thIs Resolution super-
cedes Resolution Nos. 80-6, 80-8 and 81-42, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this ResolutIon be effec-
tive January I, 1965.
