DESIGNATION OF DEPOSITORIES AND CORPORATE
AUTHORIZATION RESOLUTION
.
THIS IS TO CERTIFY: That at a meeting of the Cfty Council of
Arden Hills duly called and held January 2. 1985. the following resolution
was adopted:
RESOLVED. that the Norwest Bank St. Paul. N.A. and the Rosevflle
State Bank shall be the official depositorfes for all funds of the Cfty .
of Arden Hills for the calendar year 1985; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Cfty Treasurer shall. from time
to time. ascertain that adequate security, as required by the laws of the
State of Mfnnesota. is furnished by such depositories to protect the City's
deposited funds against ffnancial loss; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that checks of this corporation drawn
on N rwest Bank St. Paul. N.A. and the Roseville State Bank. hereinafter
call d the Bank. shall be signed by three of the followfng officers:
Robert L. Woodburn or Dale Hicks
Mayor Acting Mayor
Charlotte McNfesh or Dorothy Zehm
Clerk Administrator Deputy Clerk
Donald R. Lamb or Garv M. Peck
Treasurer Actfng Treasurer
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Clerk Administrator, Charlotte
McNi sh, is authorized to use a sfgnature stamp at such time that it becomes
lega and/or necessary for Robert L. Woodburn. Mayor, or Donald Lamb. Treasurer.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the safd Banks are hereby authorized
and irected to honor and pay any checks so drawn as above set forth. whether
or n t such checks be payable to the order of one of the foregoing persons
eith r in his fndividual or official capacity or deposited to his indivfdual
cred.t. and whether or not such signatures are followed by the title or
offi e of the person signing.
