RESOLUTION NO. 93-73
RESOLUTION ADOPTING 1994 COMPENSATION PLAN
FOR NON-UNION CITY EMPLOYEES
WHEREAS, the city council has studied the current employee
compensation practices; and
WHEREAS, a 2 percent increase has been budgeted for annual
salary increase, and the compensation plan meets the
budgeted amount for 1994;
FURTHER, a study is anticipated later in 1994 regarding job
evaluation and market value;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the city Council of the
City of Arden Hills that the attached Compensation Plan be
adopted effective January 1, 1994.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN
HILLS THIS 27TH DAY OF DECEMBER, 1993.
