WHERElIS, the city Administrator bas prepared an a:nrroal budget an:l the
City Council bas met several times for the purpose of discussing the
Budget; and
WHERElIS, Chapter 275, Section 065 of Minnesota statutes requires that
the city hold a public hearing to adopt a budget; an:l
