CITY OF ARDEN HILLS
RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION NO. 93-68
RESOLUTION REVISING SEWER UTILITY RATES
EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 1994
WHEREAS, the city council established a policy to
review sewer rates on an annual basis; and
WHEREAS, the City staff has reviewed the utility
cost structure and has recommended that the Arden Hills City
Council increase sewer utility rates, and
WHEREAS, this review has determined that the rate
increase is necessary to enable the utility to remain self-
supporting,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that effective
January 1, 1994, sewer utility rates be revised as follows:
