RESOLUTION NO. 93-59
A RESOLUTION ORDERING A PRELIMINARY
FEASIBILITY REPORT IN THE MATTER OF
THE 1994 PAVEMENT MANAGEMENT IMPROVEMENT
WHEREAS, the city has determined that it should consider
improving certain property by reviewing a 1994
Pavement Management Improvement; and
WHEREAS, the City has conducted a geotechnical study to
determine that Amble Road from Lexington to Karth Lake
Drive, Bussard Court from Old Snelling west to the
cul-de-sac, and Dunlap Street from Ingerson Road to
Cannon Avenue need to be reconstructed; and
WHEREAS, it has also been determined that Keithson Drive from
Hwy. 96 South to the dead end should have a cold-in-
place recycling project completed; and
WHEREAS, alternate plans will be outlined if for any reason the
reconstruction projects or recycling project cannot be
completed; and

WHEREAS, Council must first secure a preliminary feasibility
study in order to consider making the improvements;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Arden Hills, Minnesota:
This matter shall be referred to Maier Stewart and
Associates, Inc. who is requested to provide to the City
Council a report advising, in a preliminary manner, whether
the proposed improvements are feasible and whether the
improvements should thus be made as proposed or in
connection with some other improvements and the estimated
cost of the improvements as recommended.
