RESOLUTION NO. 93-53
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID AND AUTHORIZING
EXECUTION OF CONTRACT IN THE MATTER OF
THE CITY HALL REMODELING PROJECT
WHEREAS, the city council approved on September 27, 1993, the
remodeling of city Hall for staff space needs; and
WHEREAS, three quotes have been received for this remodeling
project and the following list of contractors and
their quotes were received by the city of Arden Hills
on September 27, 1993:
Pleasant View Homes, Inc.
Hass Construction
Cirks Construction

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the City
of Arden Hills, Minnesota:
1. The Mayor and City Administrator are authorized and
directed to execute, on behalf of the City, such contract
with Pleasant View Homes, Inc. for the remodeling of City
Hall.
