RESOLUTION NO. 93-47
A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 93-44
DESIGNATING COST TO BE ASSESSED IN THE MATTER OF THE
1993 ARDEN PLACE DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENT
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 93-44, the Arden Hills City
Council determined that the City would assess
$19,750.00 against benefitted parcels in connection
with the 1993 Arden Place Drainage Improvement
project; and
WHEREAS, the City Councils' determination was based upon
estimates received from the City Consulting Engineer
as opposed to actual bid receipts; and
WHEREAS, the City is now in receipt of bids for the
construction of the 1993 Arden Place Drainage
Improvement Project; and

WHEREAS, the actual low bid received and the project cost
approved by City Council is increased to a total
anticipated cost of $28,137.50;
WHEREAS, the actual cost including overhead is the amount of
$28,137.50;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the city
of Arden Hills, Minnesota:
1. That Resolution No. 93-44 is hereby amended to indicate
that the city Council has determined that the assessed cost
for the 1993 Arden Place Drainage Improvement project will
be in the amount of $28,137.50; and
2. That the City Administrator with the assistance of the
Project Engineer shall recalculate the proper amount to be
specially assessed for such improvement against every
assessable lot, piece, or parcel of land, with regard to
cash valuation, as provided by law, and shall have
available to the city Administrator's office a copy of the
proposed assessment roll for public inspection.
3. That in all other respects Resolution No. 93-44 shall be in
full force and affect.
