A RESOLUTION ORDERING
PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
IN THE MATTER OF THE ARDEN PLACE DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENT
OF 1993
WHEREAS the City Council has duly considered the feasibility report,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RFSOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills,
Minnesota:
1. Maier Stewart & Associates, Inc" is hereby designated as Project Engineer for this
improvement. The Project Engineer is directed to prepare plans and specifications for
the making of the improvement and the solicitation of competitive bids.
2.
City staff is hereby directed to prepare and obtain easements necessary to implement
construction of the improvement.
Passed and adopted this 30th day of August, 1993.
