RESOLUTION NO. 93-30
A RESOLUTION RELATING TO THE DISPOSITION OF REAL PROPERTY
WHEREAS, the city is considering the final sale of
the following described property which has been used as the
site for a sanitary sewer system lift station;
Unplatted Land in section 21 Township 30 Range 23,
the North 150 ft. of the South 597.5 ft. of the
East 100 ft. West of the Westerly line of the
Anoka Cutoff of the Northeast ~ of the Southeast ~
of section 21 Township 30 Range 23.
(PIN: 21-30-23-41-0003).
WHEREAS, the city's Director of Public Works has
indicated that the operation of a sanitary sewer system lift
station on this site is no longer necessary for utilization
of the City's sanitary Sewer System.

WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the City's
Comprehensive Plan in regard to the utilization of this
property.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved that the Arden
Hills City Council hereby determines that the proposed sale
of the lift station site has no relationship to the City's
Comprehensive Municipal Plan; that this matter need not be
referred to the City's Planning commission for review; and
that the lift station site may be sold as the Council
determines in the City's best interests.
