A RESOLUTION
ORDERING PREPARATION OF
PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS IN THE MATIER OF
THE 1993 PAVEMENT MAINTENANCE IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, the City Council has duly considered the Revised Feasibility Report presented at
the March 8, 1993, City Council meeting, and;
WHEREAS, a public hearing has been scheduled for Apri112, 1993, to solicit public input;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills,
Minnesota:
1.
Maier Stewart & Associates, Inc., is hereby designated as Project Engineer for this
improvement. The Project Engineer is directed to prepare plans and specifications for
the making of the improvement and the solicitation of competitive bids.
Passed and adopted this 8th day of March, 1993.
