RESOLUTION NO. 93 - 14
A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING THE 1993
SURFACE WATER MANAGEMENT UTILITY RATES
WHEREAS, the City has added Sections 28 - 162 thru 28 - 172 to the Code of Ordinances,
establishing a surface water management utility, and;
WHEREAS, the revised code requires the City Council to establish by resolution, from time to
time, the rates to be charged for the Surface Water Management Utility;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills,
Minnesota:
I. The quarterly charges, by land use, within the City shall be as follows:

Single Family Residential (R-l)
Single and Two-Family Residential (R-2)
Townhouse and Low Density Multiple Dwellings (R-3)
Multiple Dwelling (R-4)
Limited and General Industrial (I-I and 1-2)
Limited and General Business (B-1 and B-2)
Undeveloped Property (Any Zoning)
$ lL94/acre = $3.98/unit
$ 15.64/acre = $3.91/unit

2, Said rates shall become effective upon the effective date of operation of the Arden Hills
Surface Water Management Utility and shall remain in effect until changed by resolution
of the City CounciL
