RESOLUTION NO. 93-11
RESOLUTION REVISING SEWER UTILITY RATES
EFFECTIVE APRIL 1, 1992 AND JANUARY 1, 1993
WHEREAS, City sewer utility rates have not been
increased since July 1, 1987, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee and City staff have
reviewed the utility rate structure and has recommended that the
Arden Hills City Council increase sewer utility rates, and
WHEREAS, this review has determined that the rate
increase is necessary to enable the utility ta remain self-
supporting,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that effective
April 1, 1992 and January 1, 1993, sewer utility rates be revised
as follaws:
