RESOLUTION NO. 92-7SA
RESOLUTION DECLARING THAT A VACANCY EXISTS AS COUNCILMEMBER
WHEREAS, JoAnn Growe resigned as Councilmember effective on
January 1, 1994, on the Arden Hills city Council; and
WHEREAS, the Council desires to fill the vacancy of Councilmember
for the unexpired term;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that a vacancy exists on the
Arden Hills Council for the office of Councilmember for the
unexpired term which is until December 31, 1994,
ADOPTED BY THE ARDEN HILLS CITY COUN~L THIS 28TH DAY OF
