WHEREl\S, the City Assessment Manual outlines the methods of determining that
the connnercial/industrial equivalent assessment rate shall be based on 50 % of
the cost of =ld in-place recycling improvements plus all associated overhead
costs f= a typical residential street section.
WHERElIS, the City Council shall establish, by resolution, the
carmnercial/industrial equivalent assessment rate for cold in-place recycling
improvements on an annual basis as determined by carrparable project data
available to the City.
NJW, 'l'IIl1REE'C:RE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills,
Minnesota:
1. The carmnercial/industrial equivalent assessment rate for cold in-place
recycling improvements =nstructed in 1992 shall be $11.00 per
assessable front foot.
