RESOLUTION 92- 37
A RESOLUTION ORDERING THE IMPROVEMENT
IN THE MATTER OF THE
1992 ROUND LAKE ROAD WEST IMPROVEMENT
WHEREAS, a public hearing relating to the 1992 Round Lake Road West Improvement was held
before the Arden Hills City Council after ten days mailed notice and two weeks
published notice of the hearing was given; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has duly considered the Feasibility Report and those matters
presented at the public hearing by those persons desiring to be heard on the matter;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills,
Minnesota:
1. The 1992 Round Lake Road West Improvements for cold in-place recycling is hereby
ordered as recommended in the Feasibility Report dated April 8, 1992.
Passed and adopted this 8th day of June, 1992.
