CITY OF ARDEN HILLS
RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION NO. 92-35
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING IMPROVEMENT AND APPROVING FINAL PAYMENT
FOR CLEVELAND AVENUE LIFT STATION IMPROVEMENT NO. SS-W-89-1
WHEREAS, pursuant to a written contract signed with the city of
Arden Hills on April 24, 1989, Lametti & Sons, Hugo, MN, has
satisfactorily completed the Cleveland Avenue Lift station
Improvement No. SS-W-89-1 in accordance with such contract.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Arden Hills city council
that the work completed under said contract is hereby accepted
and approved; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk Administrator are
hereby directed to issue a proper order for the final payment on
such contract in the amount of $9,661.62 taking the contractor's
receipt in full.

THIS 11TH DAY OF MAY, 1992.
