RESOLUTION 92 - 34
A RESOLUTION ORDERING A PUBLIC HEARING
ON THE IMPROVEMENT IN THE MATTER OF THE
1992 ROUND LAKE ROAD WEST IMPROVEMENT
WHEREAS, the Feasibility Report ordered by the Council in Resolution 92-16 has been prepared
with reference to the 1992 Round Lake Road West Improvement and was received
by the City on April 13, 1992; and
WHEREAS, the Feasibility Report recommends that the proposed improvement is feasible; and
WHEREAS, the Feasibility Report was received at the April 13, 1992 City Council meeting; and
WHEREAS, preparation of plans and specifications was ordered by Resolution 92-26 at the April
13, 1992 City Council meeting;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills,
Minnesota:
The City Council will consider the 1992 Round Lake Road West Improvement as described
in the Feasibility Report and the assessment of the property abutting this proposed
improvement for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota
Statutes, Section 429 at an estimated total cost for the improvement of $97,900.
2. A public hearing shall be held before the City Council on the proposed improvement on the
8th of June, 1992, at'1:00 o'clock in the p.m. at the Arden Hills City Hall.

3. The Deputy City Administrator shall provide ten days mailed notice and two weeks
published notice on the hearing as required by law.
Passed and adopted this 11th day of May, 1992.
