RESOLUTION 92- 26
A RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF
PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS IN THE MATTER OF
THE 1992 ROUND LAKE ROAD WEST IMPROVEMENT
WHEREAS, the City Council has duly considered the Feasibility Report for the 1992 Round
Lake Road West Improvement, and;
WHEREAS, a public hearing has been scheduled for May 11, 1992 to consider said
improvements;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills,
Minnesota:
1.
Maier Stewart and Associates, Inc. is hereby designated as Project Engineer for this
improvement. The project Engineer is directed to prepare plans and specifications for the
making of the improvement and the solicitation of competitive bids.
Passed and adopted this 13th day of April, 1992.
