A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING RESIDENTIAL
EQUIVALENT ASSESSMENT RATE FOR
STREET RECONSTRUCTION
WHEREAS, the City Assessment Manual outlines the methods of determining
that the residential equivalent assessment rate shall be based on
50% of the cost of street reconstruction plus all associated
overhead costs for a typical residential street section and 100%
of the cost of storm sewer improvements.
WHEREAS, the reconstruction of Tiller Lane requires storm sewer
improvements, soil s correction and street improvements as
presented at the February 10, 1992 public hearing for said
improvem~nt.
WHEREAS, the City Council shall establish, by resolution, the residential
equivalent assessment rate on an annual basis as determined by
comparable project data available to the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden
Hills, Minnesota:
. 1. The residential equivalent assessment rate for street reconstruction
improvements constructed in 1992 shall be $29.27 per assessable front
foot.
Passed and adopted this 30th day of March, 1992.
