RESOLUTION 92 - ~
A RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF
PLANS AND SPECIFICATION IN THE MATTER OF
THE 1992 PARK AND TRAIL IMPROVEMENT
WHEREAS, the City Parks Committee has determined that the City should
consider improving certain park property by trail paving and
ballfield improvements at the following site:
o Cummings/Floral Trail Paving
o Perry Park Regrading #3 and #4
o Valentine Drainage
and
WHEREAS, the City Council has duly considered the report presented by the
City Parks Director at the February 10, 1992 City Council meeting.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden
Hills, Minnesota:
1. The 1992 Park and Trail Improvement is hereby ordered as recommended by
the City Parks Director.
2. Maier Stewart and Associates, Inc. is hereby designated as Project
Engineer for this improvement. The Project Engineer is directed to
prepare plans and specifications for the making of the improvement and
the solicitation of competitive bids.
Passed and adopted this 24-th day of Febru~ry, 1992.
