RFSOLUTlON 92-13
A RFSOLUTlON ORDERING A PUBLIC HEARING
ON THE IMPROVEMENT IN THE MATTER OF THE
1992 KEITHSON AREA HOLDING PONDS AND
STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, the Feasibility Report ordered by the Council in Resolution 92-05 has been prepared
with reference to the 1992 Keithson Area Holding Pond and Storm Sewer
Improvements and was received by the City on February 10, 1992; and
WHEREAS, the Feasibility Report recommends that the proposed improvement is feasible;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills,
Minnesota:
1.
The City Council will consider the 1992 Keithson Area Holding Pond and Storm Sewer
Improvements as described in the Feasibility Report and the assessment of the property
abutting this proposed improvement for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement
pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 429 at an estimated total cost for the improvement
of $38,100.
A public hearing shall be held before the City Council on the proposed improvement on the
9th day of March, 1992, at 7:30 o'clock in the p.m. at Arden Hills City Hall.
3. The City Administrator shall provide ten days mailed notice and two weeks published
notice on the hearing as required by law.

Passed and adopted this 10th day of February, 1992.
