RESOLUTION 92 - 12
A RESOLUTION RECEIVING THE FEASIBILITY REPORT
AND APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
IN THE MATTER OF THE 1992 KEITHSON AREA
HOLDING POND AND STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS. the Feasibility Report ordered by the Council in Resolution 92 -
05 has been prepared with reference to the 1992 Keithson Area
Holding Pond and Storm Sewer Improvements and was received by the
City on February 10, 1992; and
WHEREAS. the Feasibility Report recommends that the proposed improvement
is feasible;
WHEREAS, the Project Engineer, Maier Stewart and Associates, Inc. has
prepared plans and specificatons for said improvement, which plans
and specifications have been reviewed by the City;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden
Hills, Minnesota:
1. The City Council will consider the 1992 Keithson Area Holding Pond and
Storm Sewer Improvements as described in the Feasibility Report.
2. Such plans and specifications, a copy of which is attached hereto and
incorporated herein by this reference, are hereby approved.
Passed and adopted this 10th day of February, 1992.
