RESOLUTION 92-10
A RESOLUTION ORDERING mE IMPROVEMENT IN
THE MATTER OF THE
1992 TILLER LANE STREET RECONSTRUCTION IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, a public hearing relating to the 1991 Tiller Lane Street Reconstruction improvement
was held before the Arden Hills City Council after ten days mailed notice and two
weeks published notice of the hearing was given; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has duly considered the Feasibility Report and those matters
presented at the public hearing by those persons desiring to be heard on the matter;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills,
Minnesota:
1.
The 1992 Tiller Lane Street Reconstruction improvement is hereby ordered as
recommended in the Feasibility Report dated November 18, 1992.
Passed and adopted this 10th day of February, 1992.
