RESOLUTION NO. 91-75
RESOLUTION REVISING PERMIT FEES FOR APPLICATIONS UNDER
CITY ZONING AND SUBDIVISION CODES
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Arden Hills has
determined that permit fees shall be established by Resolution
adopted by the city council, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has studied average costs to the
City to process applications and compared charges in neighboring
cities,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Resolution No. 87-30 is
repealed, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the permit fees shall be established
as follows:
PERMIT
Preliminary Plat
Final Plat
Lot split/Minor Subdivision
Rezoning/Comprehensive Plan
Amendment
Variance
Special Use Permit/Amended
Special Use Permit
Planned unit Development
site Plan Review
Vacation of Easement
Apportionment of Assessments
FEE
$250.00 + $20.00 per lot
Included in Fee for prel. Plat
$150.00 + consulting Fees
$250.00 + Consulting Fees
$100.00 + Consulting Fees
$200.00 + Consulting Fees
$250.00 + Consulting Fees
$200.00 + Consulting Fees
$100.00 + Consulting Fees
$ 30.00 + Consulting Fees
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that a separate charge will not be made
for variances included as part of the following: site Plan
Review, Rezoning, Special Use Permit or Planned unit Development
applications.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the above fees shall be effective
January 1, 1992.
