RESOLUTION NO. 91-74
RESOLUTION ADOPTING 1992 COMPENSATION PLAN
FOR NON-UNION CITY EMPLOYEES
WHEREAS, the city Council has studied the current employee
compensation practices; and
WHEREAS, the attached compensation plan is the result of
Council discussion and appears to meet existing market
standards and comparable worth requirements; and
WHEREAS, a 3 percent increase has been budgeted for annual
salary increase, and the compensation plan meets the
budgeted amount for 1992;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the city council of the
City of Arden Hills that the attached compensation Plan be
adopted.
