RESOLUTION 91-64
A RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF
PLANS AND SPECIFICATION IN THE MATTER OF
THE 1992 TILLER LANE RECONSTRUCTION IMPROVEMENT
WHEREAS, a pUblic hearing relating to the 1992 Tiller Lane Reconstruction
improvement has been scheduled for the 10th day of February
19 92. and

WHEREAS, the City Council has duly considered the Feasibility Report;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden
Hills, Minnesota:
1. Maier Stewart and Associates, Inc. is hereby designated as Project
Engineer for this improvement. The Project Engineer is directed to
prepare plans and specifications for the making of the improvement and
the solicitation of competitive bids.
