RESOLUTION 91 - ~8
A RESOLUTION TO APPROPRIATE MUNICIPAL STATE AID FUNDS
FOR OFF-SYSTEM EXPENSES ON COUNTY ROAD E
WHEREAS, it has been deemed advisable and necessary for the City of Arden
Hills to participate in the cost of a construction project located
on C.S.A.H. No. 13 within the limits of said municipality, and
WHEREAS, said construction project has been approved by the Commissioner of
Transportation and identified in his records as S.A.P. No. 187-
020-05.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
That we do hereby appropriate from our Municipal State-Aid Street Funds
the sum of $30,000 dollars to apply toward the construction of said
project and request the Commissioner of Transportation to approve this
authorization.
Passed and adopted this 12th day of November, 7991.
